When you need a home inspection, just call or email us with the property address, square footage, age, (if known), and any specific concerns you may have about the property. We prefer that you attend the inspection, although we understand that it's not always possible. If you cannot attend, we'll gladly email you photos of any serious deficiencies that we may discover. In addition to our morning and afternoon time slots throughout the year, we offer special evening inspections from June through August to better accomodate you.
