As we inspect your prospective new home, we compile your report on our laptop computer. This report is designed to describe your specific property in an easy-to-read format comprised of a combination of check boxes and written comments. This has worked well for our clients for many years, and eliminates the redundancies often found on our competitors' reports.
Once all of the information is entered on our exclusive InfoNOW(TM) macro-enhanced document, we insert and label illustrative photos of deficient items discovered during the inspection. The entire document is then emailed to you whilst we're still on the property (barring any technical or connectivity issues). With your permission, we also will email your sales agent. If, for some reason, we are unable to send your report on site, you still will receive it by the end of the day.
